Restaurant Los Galapagos was born in 2005, with the Latin heart of its founder Luis Fajardo, who in the company of his wife Blanca, both Ecuadorians; decide to create a place where Latinos can, despite the distance... rediscovering the textures, aromas and flavors of the traditional food of your country.

 

Later, they are involved in the preparation of other typical dishes from various Latin countries such as: Colombia, Peru, Honduras, Mexico, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and others.

 

Its challenge: to obtain native, fresh and natural ingredients to make preparations truly faithful to cultural traditions!

 

Thanks to this, you can find among others, besides a delicious lunch or dinner, 100% natural fruit juices, such as lulo, guanábana, passion fruit, and others, traditional imported drinks, edible and soft drinks.
